  • By working closely with you, you can be a part of the design process. Bring your
    thoughts and ideas to us, and along with our knowledge and experience
    Diversified Drafting and Design will create a complete set of construction
    drawings required to gather pricing and to be used by a builder for a new home,
    renovation or addition.

  • We will include complete floor plans and elevations provided with dimensional
    data, room layouts, window and door sizes and location.  If required we will also
    provide foundation plans, cross sections, window and door schedules with rough
    opening sizes, necessary details, and material information.

  • We also offer construction consulting, estimating services, builder and sub-
    contractor recommendations.

  • Pricing is based on services required .

  • References available upon request.
